All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, it’s original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging (box and pouch included), and sent back within 30 days of purchase. Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. SOOD will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
SOOD will not accept any returns past 30 days of purchase and has the right to deny a return and have items re-shipped to customers if the item does not meet the guidelines.
Processing your order takes about 1-2 weeks, and then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
